Electrofusion Processor:
The universal automatic fusion processor has a computerized command system for fully automatic control and energy supply monitoring. Every Electrofusion fitting has a bar code label which contains the information needed for correct fusion. The Electrofusion welding time is established automatically, adjusting for the ambient temperature as measured by an external probe. Simply hold the wand like a pencil and position it slightly in front of the bar code. Then move it quickly and smoothly across the label. You can read it from left or right.

The IntegriFuse universal bar coded Electrofusion welding machine can be set to require a user password. In this way you can ensure that only trained personnel can use the equipment. The unit can also document up to 6000 ElectroFusions in memory. Reports indicate the fusion date, time, ambient temperature, fitting type and size, user ID, and even the manufacturer of the part. The Electrofusion processor is well designed and housed in a damage resistant case which is airtight and water tight to prevent damage.

The IntegriFuse Electrofusion welder is suitable for fusion with all bar coded Electrofusion fittings including Central Plastics and Friatec.  The IntegriFuse universal bar code processor is the only unit that can be used to fuse TEGA's complete range of hdpe Electrofusion couplings through 63" sizes. 

Electrofusion Fittings:
The Electrofusion fittings are manufactured with injection molded polyethylene with exposed heating coils located at the surface for maximum heat flow between the pipe and fitting. TEGA Electrofusion couplings can be used for both high and medium density PE piping systems, and for easily repairing HDPE pipe.

Our polyethylene Electrofusion fittings offer the following advantages:

Scraper and Tapping Tools:
Integrity Fusion Products, Inc. offers a unique line of mechanical scraper tool sets from 1/2" through 28" IPS sizes. The IntegriFuse line of Electrofusion scraper tools are designed to scrape hdpe pipe couplers and tapping tees up to 12" pipe sizes. The pipe scrapers are well designed, with aluminum and stainless steel construction.  Pipe scraping is acheived with a spring loaded cutting blade made of tungsten carbide steel.  The hard nature of the blade makes it stay sharp for a long time and the blade has 4 sides to extend the time that the blade can operate without being replaced.  The scraper tool cuts a consistant HDPE ribbon as it self advances down the length of HDPE pipe.  The IntegriFuse mechanical scraper tool can also be used for scraping Electrofusion tap tees and saddles.  Integrity Fusion Products also carries Ritmo scraper tools.
