The IntegriFuse universal bar coded welding machine is lightweight, weighing only 48 lbs. for ease of handling. In the trench or tight building spot, the Electrofusion processor is ideal for tight working environments.
The large operator text is easy to read, and is also illuminated, so that it may be read in the dark. The color coded key panel is both easy to read and clearly laid out, for operator ease.
The IntegriFuse universal automatic fusion processor has a computerized command system for fully automatic control and energy supply monitoring. Every Electrofusion fitting has a bar code label which contains the information needed for correct fusion. The Electrofusion time is established automatically, adjusting for the ambient temperature as measured by an external probe. Simply hold the wand like a pencil and position it slightly in front of the bar code. Then move it quickly and smoothly across the label. You can read it from left or right.
The unit can be set to require a user password. In this way you can ensure that only trained personnel can use the equipment. The Electrofusion machine can also document up to 6000 ElectroFusions in memory. Reports indicate the fusion date, time, ambient temperature, fitting type and size, user ID, and even the manufacturer of the part. This data may be downloaded into a memory box, which receives and saves the fusion parameters. One can also directly load this data to a PC or laptop, and can also directly print the data from the unit.
The IntegriFuse Electrofusion welding machine is well designed to protect from damage. It is neatly packaged within a hard shell plastic case which is both watertight and airtight.
